Day after day went by and it was you and those that spent time with your baby who came to love and adore him. You started to use words to describe her like happy, crabby, sleepy head or night owl. You were the ones that knew your baby the best. You recognized that little look on their face, her cry, and his little noises. It was you that began to dream about what he or she might be when they grew up. It was you that put aside a little money for their future education.

The FEP web site is an on-going hands-on support to parents as they pursue a continuum of learning, develop leadership, and fulfill their important responsibility as their child's first teacher and educational advocate.
